Mymeditime is provided by Clement Enterprise Company LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and your choices.
We use your information solely to operate the app's core features: reminding you to take medications, tracking adherence and side effects, and keeping your medication, doctor, and pharmacy records synced across your devices. We do not sell your personal or health information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We do not share your health information with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.
Data is encrypted in transit. Your medication, dose, side-effect, and contact records and label photos are restricted to your account using database-level access rules, so other users cannot read them.
You can edit or delete individual medications, doses, and contacts at any time in the app. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting us at thomasmclement@yahoo.com.
Mymeditime is a personal organization tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reminders and adherence tracking are aids, not substitutes for professional medical guidance — always follow your prescriber's and pharmacist's instructions.
Mymeditime is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
