By creating an account or using Mymeditime, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Mymeditime is a personal record-keeping and reminder tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, pharmacological, or diagnostic advice. Reminders, schedules, and adherence tracking are based solely on information you enter and are not verified against your actual prescriptions. Always follow the instructions of your doctor and pharmacist, and consult them before making any changes to your medications. We are not liable for missed doses, medication errors, or health outcomes resulting from reliance on the app.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the medication, dose, and contact data you enter, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the app.
Mymeditime is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings — we cannot process cancellations or refunds directly; those are handled by Apple per their policies.
Don't use the app to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service's operation.
You own the medication, dose, side-effect, and contact data you enter. You can export, edit, or delete it at any time, and you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, medical accuracy, or reliability of reminders.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clement Enterprise Company LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed medication doses, adverse health events, or lost data.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
