Email thomasmclement@yahoo.com and tell us what happened. It helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and the steps that led to the problem. Please don't send medication details or other health information by email.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account, so you manage them with Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Mymeditime, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
We can't issue refunds ourselves. To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the purchase.
If you reinstalled the app or got a new phone, open Mymeditime, go to the subscription screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
You can use the app without creating an account. To keep your medications and history in sync across devices, open Settings in the app and tap Create Account to Sync Across Devices. We'll email you a confirmation link. On your other device, tap Sign In to an Existing Account.
Open your iPhone's Settings, tap Notifications, choose Mymeditime, and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Also check that a Focus mode or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing the app.
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all of your medications, doses, and history, and it can't be undone. You can also ask us to delete it by email.
Read how we handle your information in the Privacy Policy and the rules for using the app in the Terms of Use.
Mymeditime is a personal organization tool, not a medical device. It doesn't provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow your prescriber's and pharmacist's instructions.
